Proof

Numbers, not promises.

Every implementation starts with a baseline and ends with an honest comparison: what changed, by how much, and how we measured it. No numbers pulled out of thin air.

Methodology

How we measure impact

1. Baseline

Before touching anything, we measure how things stand today: time, errors, cost. Without this there's no "after" worth trusting.

2. We define what matters

We agree with you on the metric that actually reflects impact — not the one that's convenient, the one that's true.

3. We implement in stages

We test every change without stopping your operation, adjusting as we go if something doesn't fit.

4. We measure the after

With the same metric from day one, so we're comparing apples to apples — not something else dressed up as progress.

5. We report it straight

We show you the before and after as they are — if something didn't work as expected, we tell you that too.

What a case looks like

We're still documenting our first real cases. This is what measurement looks like when we do it right: a clear baseline and an honest comparison.
